Cancellations, Exchanges, and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our fine art prints from J.A.Y. Depth Photography. Please carefully review our return policy prior to making a purchase.

Fine Art Limited Edition and Open Edition
Due to the custom nature of our Limited Editions and Open Editions we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We cannot make changes to your artwork after the order has been placed, and we do not offer a buy-back program. Additionally, J.A.Y. Depth Photography does not handle or participate in secondary market or third-party transactions. 

Cancellation Policy
Please note that all of our products are made-to-order, and production of the purchased item(s) commences immediately after purchase. Consequently, cancellations, returns, and refunds are never permitted. Due to the substantial production costs incurred once production has begun, any request to cancel an order or modify the produced image (such as increasing or decreasing the size, changing the image, etc.) will incur a restocking fee of fifty percent.

Please note that once a work has been produced and shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Our company fully insures all shipments while in transit. We will replace or repair any items damaged in transit from our production facility to the address specified on your order. However, we are unable to insure shipments once they have left the original delivery location.

Please contact us within 10 days of delivery if the retail product you ordered arrives broken or damaged. Include a copy of the shipping receipt and photographic evidence of the damage with your request. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. However, only open edition artworks are available as retail products.

If your limited edition fine art shipment shows signs of damage, you should inspect the artwork before signing for it. Please do not refuse delivery. Instead, ensure that the damaged item is noted by the driver. Keep the box and foam corners from the original packaging. Within seven days of delivery, submit at least four to six digital photographs of the box and any damage to the artwork to our email address. We will contact you with additional instructions within two business days.
